We had an incredible relaxing vacation. We really enjoyed the river, the hot tub, and the bon fires in the evening. The house was clean and as described, sleeping quarters worked well for us. Would rent again. Thank you!

Beautiful location and great home. Home is very nicely furnished and was very clean. The porches were a great space to relax and enjoy the mountains. The view of the river was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our first time staying on the river. It’s beautiful and this home is located right on it. It rained most of our stay but we enjoyed the changing water. We utilized the gas fireplace and watched many movies while relaxing with the family. It was a short notice booking and William was very responsive to my messages. No issues with the home itself. The gated community is very diverse, from large homes to RVs and campsites. Some of the roads are tight with steep elevations and not all of them are paved. We drove a 2500 GMC truck, it handled it just fine. It was a great escape for us.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at River Bend very much. Every room was just as described and there was plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms were set up great for families traveling with their children and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Also, the views from every room were spectacular! We also enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings for making S’mores while listening to the river. And the hot tub was a nice feature as well. The road is curvy getting to the house, but it is an adventure too. My grandkids loved counting how many deer they saw on the ride to the house. There are many steps as you enter the home but that help to offset all the S’mores and apple cider doughnuts that were eaten. Overall, beautiful scenery, beautiful accommodations, and the host was hospitable and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend staying at River Bend.

Outside of the rain every day, we enjoyed the property and the views the road system is definitely a lot of up-and-down hills and the river is not really fishable in front of the Cabin due to the rocks and current but very nice property

The property was beautiful, the house was clean. I brought alot of dishes because some places I've stayed have had minimal supplies but they were well-stocked. There were only 2 things that were of mild concern- the grass around the fire pit wasnt mowed so we were nervous about snakes, and when we arrived the trash cans were full already so we had to keep trash in the house. Overall a great stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we love it. It is a great spot on the water. Nice outdoor seating options. Very clean and well kept inside. The host is very prompt if you need them to answer any questions. I can't wait to go back

Review of river house

Very nice home and was true to the pictures online, plenty of space in each of the rooms, and the porch view of the river was awesome.We had a little difficulty with directions, when we put the address in, it kept changing on our GPS. We cooked in so we would have liked more kitchen supplies with a working K cup coffee maker. Also, we would have liked better pillow options.Overall, we enjoyed our trip and relaxing in the living room in the evenings.

Coosawattee River

Would not recommend this house for anyone with issues of climbing stairs for access to the house. The are 34 steps and that is the only way to access the house. The location right on the Coosawattee River is beautiful.

I had originally booked my trip the weekend that hurricane Helene hit. I didn’t take out insurance at that time. I asked if I could reschedule the trip for a later date because of the hurricane. I was told that it wouldn’t be a problem! I was shown kindness. They could’ve just said.. I’m sorry you didn’t take out the insurance, so it’s not my problem!! I very much appreciate this understanding and kindness! The house is beautiful and very clean and we enjoyed our stay!!Thank you☺️
