Wedding fun

Nice Place

Home was very close to everything. Besides the fireplace not working (not a big deal) it suited 9 of us just fine. Large kitchen and dining area is where we spent most of our time. Plenty of room and kitchen well stocked.

Great house and great location.

Three couples came down for the weekend and did the EVL Halloween 5K. Loved being close to town and had lunch at Hidalgo which was really good. Enjoyed the space of the house for the 6 of us to relax and have a nice weekend together.

Great space for 2 families !!!

Backyard view for apres ski amazing ! Fire pit and wood !! Mud room for all your boots key ! Too far to walk into town but it is only a 5 minute drive . The only comments I would make could have used some more tea towels and garbage bags !

Perfect for a family ski weekend!

Perfect home for our annual girl's getaway!

This beautiful red house located just outside the quaint little town of Ellicottville quickly felt like home for our annual girl's weekend. This home is cozy yet spacious and offers all the amenities necessary for a seamless vacation. We cooked a few meals, enjoyed cocktails, sat by the fire pit, took a nature walk to a nearby arboretum, went into town and danced to live music, and took in all the magnificent sights of fall in Western New York. Not once did we have an issue with our "home". Everything we needed was at our fingertips which allowed us to truly reconnect and not worry about a thing. We happen to be a group of lifelong girlfriends in our 50s but I can see how this home would be perfect for couples or families as well. Can't recommend this property enough!

Problem Free

This was a great place to stay. We were lucky to get it at a discount for being some of the first to book. It was very close to the arboretum/town center where we attended a family event. Also close enough for some of our group (not me lol) to walk home from downtown. My dad had to stop by to play the video games. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say.

Perfect Get Away

We had 9 people stay in the house for a long weekend. It was 4 adults and 5 kids ages 9 and under! The house was beautiful, clean, very spacious! The firepit and outdoor space was perfect for roasting marshmellows, grilling and just letting the kids run around and play! Really close to town where there are lots of things to do and close to the hidden valley tamarack club and all the summer activities! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area! Hopefully we can stay there again someday!

Highly recommended!

What a wonderful and inviting home! This large two story home with master bedroom downstairs and three large bedrooms upstairs were just perfect for our family and friends ski vacation. A newer home with tasteful decoration throughout, included all the amenities we needed, including garage parking, large mud room, gas fireplace, outdoor deck with gas grill, washer/dryer, and large kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful as well. Only a couple of minutes from downtown and less than 5 minutes from ski slopes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will be back again!
