Best place to stay in EC. I have stayed at other locations and this place is worth the price. Friendly staff and front desk personnel. Clean guest rooms. Well maintained property

We walked into our room and right back out to our car. It smelled like old urine and had a trap house vibe. Consider yourself warned.

Decent little motel

Dropped in at ~1:30am - which they accommodated for check-in. Place was clean, albeit a little bit musty/humid (though there's not much you can do about that in NC). AC worked well enough, desk guy was nice.

The room was clean and the property was very clean. Neither bed or chair in the room was comfortable. The bed was hard and made spring popping noises when you moved. The chair had been attacked by a cat at some point. Other than the important sleeping part, the place was good.

Check in staff were very accommodating and gave me a choice of rooms. Very friendly, courteous and attentive. Location was very good and close to services. Room was very clean and spacious.

The whole room sloped to the rear. Continually felt like I was walking hills, in my room. Shoes stuck to the floor so never walked around in socked or bare feet. The bath/shower also slanted to the side. There was a hum that came through the electrical wires when any outlets were used.

Not a great experience.

The hotel was not clean at all. We arrived late in the evening and were staying just one night for an out of state court appearance. There was hair and scum in the bathtub, stains on all the linens and towels. There was hair in the bedding. The floor had dirt or sand on it. The beds were not comfortable and the frame was a steel box that made a thunder like noise when you moved or get up.

Upon check in found out there is a $50 pet fee. I was NOT informed of this on hotel.com. Paid fee. Chatted with your agent who was very professional and understanding but couldn’t help refund fee. She did provide me with a phone number for corporate which I will be calling on Monday. If it’s unable to be resolved and refunded I will discharge with AmEx.
