Villa Habana is a Mediterranean family villa with a private pool and garden, perfect for relaxed holidays on the Costa Dorada near Sitges and Barcelona. The sandy beaches of Calafell and Coma-ruga are only a few minutes away by car. The villa is located in a quiet residential area between El Vendrell and Calafell, offering privacy, comfort and easy access to beaches, seaside towns and local attractions.

Villa Habana is also ideal for longer stays in spring and autumn, when guests can enjoy cycling routes, wine tourism in the Penedès region and peaceful coastal walks.

The house offers more than 180 m² of living space distributed over two bright floors, providing generous space for families and groups.

Upper floor

Four bedrooms (two twin rooms and two double bedrooms), including one with a private bathroom, a large terrace with open views and an additional bathroom.

Ground floor

A comfortable living room with fireplace, TV and a dining area for eight guests, with direct access to the porch and garden.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
There is also a bathroom with shower and a separate laundry room.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The house also features ceiling fans and heating for the winter season. WiFi is available throughout the property.

Outdoor area

The villa offers a spacious covered porch, a summer kitchen with both charcoal and gas barbecue, and a private enclosed garden that is generous, peaceful and perfect for relaxing evenings and family gatherings.

The garden is carefully maintained and features a modern 7 × 5.5 m private swimming pool with integrated jacuzzi. For families with children, a removable pool safety fence can be installed upon request.

Children love the garden and pool area, while adults can relax comfortably on the shaded porch.

Villa Habana enjoys a privileged location on the Costa Dorada with easy access to the C-32 and AP-7 motorways, allowing convenient trips to Barcelona, Sitges, Tarragona and the famous PortAventura theme park.

Only five minutes away are the sandy beaches of Calafell and Sant Salvador, perfect for swimming, seaside walks and enjoying Mediterranean sunsets.
