It is located in a very complete residential area, near the sea and very well connected, perfect for getting to know the whole island. Apartamento muy espacioso y se puede mejorar!

El apartamento muy grande y espacioso con parqueo y muy buena ubicación. Cosas que se podrían mejorar. 1.En la cocina hay muy pocas cazuelas para cocinar y los cubiertos no tienen calidad. 2.El piso del apartamento se podría limpiar mejor. El techo de uno de los Banos esta roto.3.La cerradura de la puerta de la calle está destrozada deberían poner una nueva. Por lo demás la estancia fue muy grata. Muy tranquila estuvimos unos días maravillosos llenos de sol. Un saludo atentamente Ricardo y familia

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung untergebracht. Ich kann die Wohnung nur loben. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Man muss sehr genau alles durchlesen und alles genau so machen. Die Wohnung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen aber sie war ordentlich, sauber und groß. Die Betten in den Kinderzimmern sind nicht so optimal aber für uns war es okay. Wir haben die Wohnung günstig bekommen und aus diesem Grund können wir nichts bemängeln. Also Preis Leistung hat gestimmt. In der Küche fehlt eine große Pfanne und scharfe Messer. Ansonsten hat alles andere sehr gut funktioniert. Es gibt sehr viele Handtücher und Bettwäsche in einem Schrank im Kinderzimmer. Die Lage ist super. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Der Pool ist sehr gut. Wir sind zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

L’annonce ne correspond pas à ce que nous avons loué. Location très décevante. C’était sale, en mauvais état et ça sentait mauvais. Literie sale, avec des taches, lattes du sommier d’un lit cassé, je n’ai pas eu envie de regarder les autres. Odeur de pipi de chat dans une des 2 salles de bain. L’autre sentait régulièrement mauvais car pas aérée. La « véranda » la lumière n’éclairait pas, obligée de ramener les lampes de chevet de notre chambre et de les mettre comme on pouvait pour y voir quelque chose. Mur et plafond délabré de la salle de bain qui sentait le pipi. Extrêmement décevant. Au début on ne m’a pas cru et ils n’ont rien fait, à part me dire de changer les draps moi même si je le voulais. En dehors de la location, la piscine de la résidence était propre et le restaurant à côté très bien.

El apartamento está bien para unos dias,. Bien situado y amplio.Tiene buen precio. Pero la decoracion y mobiliario necesita una renovación. Resulta un poco antiguo y triste. Hace falta un tostador.
