Our Space We invite you to unwind in two cozy bedrooms (sleeps 4), each equipped with queen-size beds featuring 12-inch memory foam mattresses. You'll love the rustic charm of the adobe walls, characteristic of traditional New Mexican architecture, which might result in sporadic cellular reception.

Back Bedroom – Offers a tranquil retreat, complete with a desk and chair for focused work or contemplation.

Location Our adobe is situated right on the main road connecting Taos and Taos Ski Valley. As such, those sensitive to noise should be aware of potential road sounds. For food lovers, the renowned Orlando's New Mexican Cafe is just across the street, and the historic Taos Pueblo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a mere 6 minutes away.
Please note : this house, being an older home, has certain quirks such as slightly uneven floors and electric fireplaces serving as heaters. These features contribute to the charm and authenticity of the space, and we hope they will be as endearing to you as they are to us.
We look forward to welcoming you to our Taos Adobe and helping you create unforgettable memories!

Communication w/ Property Manager was 10/10
Overall the stay did its job. The communication was amazing with the property manager. One thing I would suggest to the owner is more seating in the living room. There was no point in having a big dinning room table due to there only being two bedrooms and with a max of 4 people staying there the kitchen table was enough seating.

Casitas Lelitas
We absolutely loved our stay at Casitas Lelitas. It was clean, across the street from one of our favorite Taos restaurants, great space, and exactly how described in the lisitng. Checking in and out was super easy, and our host was very easy to reach/quick to communicate. Price was great. Definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

Adorable Adobe
The house was clean and cozy. There were lots of conveniences to enhance our stay. It was a bit chilly, but therecwere extra blankets and heaters to help warm us up. Jen was very polite and was easy to reach when we needed a late checkout due to our circumstances. The road to the house was a bit busy, but was not inaccessible. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would love to stay again sometime.

A cute and comfy historic stay
This property was so unexpected! The location is good however, there are many structures around it that are in disrepair. I thought we might feel unsafe there, but all was well. The house is cozy and clean. My only complaint is the lack of supplies for cooking at the property, like extra kitchen towels and things like tin foil or plastic wrap for leftover food. The property manager was very nice and responsive. I loved how they sent us a list of things to do and places to eat.

Cute home away from home
If you can ignore the road traffic noise, this is a lot of space for the money. Nicely renovated in SW style, it is spacious and comfortable. There were a couple maintenance issues, with the stove and plumbing, Also, the lock box needs to be replaced, it does not open with the combination. I would stay again. Jenn the property manager was available and very nice.

Not for everyone
I booked this VRBO for a trip to Taos Ski Valley. My sister, myself, my teenage son, and my 76 year old mother were in our group. The interior was acceptable. Very weathered in some places. Beds were nice, linens were decent. Communication with the property manager was fine. There were no extra blankets. We requested more blankets, and were brought only one.
The location is off the main highway and very loud. It is a reasonable distance from the Ski Valley, about a 15 minute drive. It isn’t really walkable to much and the neighboring homes were mostly abandoned. It’s billed as an “artistic” getaway… as an artist, I would say that’s a real stretch. We left early.
