How lucky was I to find a property just 3 minutes away from where I needed to be and at the last minute to! Kitchen was a God send since my first few days in town were spent bouncing around hotels. Clean and stocked with all the essentials including an electric tea pot. Bedroom was very zen and washer dryer was a blessing. Very nice place to stay. Thank you! Happy Holidays Ya’ll

Horrific Car Accident and wouldn’t refund

I was in a horrible accident on the way to El Paso for my Abuelito’s funeral. Never made it. Was released from the hospital two days ago and still refused a refund. Offered to provide proof. If you book this location make sure you want to stay. No matter what happens they stick to their no refund policy.

We booked this for a 2 week trip, and the apartment looked like the pictures. Everything was updated and clean. However, the split units didn’t provide much heat when the temperature dropped at night so the unit was rather cold throughout the night and in the mornings. The water heater also did not work very well, as we lost hot water after a 6 minute shower. The unit was also advertised to have a washer, but there wasn’t one, just a hole in the wall where the washer could connect (which let in cold air). Lastly, one of the units in the building was still under construction. There were people in that unit working as early as 7 AM and as late as 11 PM. The walls were very thin so we could hear them working as well as the saws and drills they were using. Overall, if there wasn’t construction going on and it wasn’t 20 degrees overnight, it was a clean space and the area was nice.
