The staff is excellent. Nicest people. Best staff I have encountered in 2 yrs of traveling the Philippines. Location is very good. Plenty to do. Rooftop restaurant has the best view in town and good food.

The Hotel is very well located. Staff were excellent. The hotel just felt dirty front windows on entry all dirty same roof top bar same hotel room. We had the presidential suite this name had been plucked out of the air as the furnishings and bathroom were anything other than luxury cheap bed line. Flooring in room all chipped. No phone to call reception. No cold water bottles. Score 3/5. Maximum. However if you want to be in the heart of night life best there was sadly. I repeat staff amazing

Staff was very attentive and hospitality was a 5 Star.Great location and a room with the Ocean View was a bonus everyday. Food was always good and selection of restaurants around the area was walkable. A must place to stay when visiting El Nido. "For someone who trains regularly, the gym being a ten-minute walk away just became my warmup. And island hopping here is genuinely physical. The hotel is also right next to the boat departure point, which makes getting out on the water easy. Verde’s plant-based protein options cover the bases: chickpeas, tofu, edamame. I track protein intake and four days here didn’t leave me short. There are also some protein smoothies and post-activity salads on the menu. Portions are generous, though I was hungry again about ninety minutes after eating. That’s probably my metabolism, not the kitchen. I started bringing snacks for the boat. Not a complaint, just planning. The private speedboat tour organised by the front desk was the right call. Small group, flexible stops, your own schedule. That’s a completely different experience from the packed shared boats. Energy well spent."

I have nothing but all good things to say about H Hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walking distance to the beach where all the island hopping tours depart. It's also accessible to everything because it's right at the main town of El Nido. The hotel has a rooftop bar that has the beautiful view of the beach and the mountains. The customer service is top notch from the security, the hotel staff and the tourist guides. We had a wonderful time during our entire 7 days stay.❤️

Hotel is very close to the beach and all the activities. It is in a very noisy area of the town. Vegan breakfast offered is good. The roof top bar has stunning views and good happy hour with music entertainment. If one can sleep with noise and church bell at 5.30 am then it's a good choice for location and entertainment.

Bad: Low water pressure, water was not super hot. Loud at night due to close proximity to party areas. Good: Great options to visit Lio and Nacpac beaches due to H Hospitality group facilities at those locations. Wait staff very friendly and hospitable.
