It is sunny practically all year round and you will find beautiful beaches very attractive, as well as festivals and traditional events that are organised in the area. The property is very close to the port and the sea, where you can spend your evenings exploring the area, enjoying the numerous restaurants and terraces. You can also enjoy water sports, sailing, indsurfing and many other activities.

There is a communal swimming pool and the flat has a pleasant terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views. There is also a well-equipped kitchen to prepare your favourite recipes. There is a public parking area around the flat to park your car during your stay.
