Beautiful, new, clean, well maintained 1 bedroom 1 living room and 1 bathroom legal basement apartment with in suit laundry, separate heating controls, separate entry. Private quiet home in desirable safe sw chappelle neighborhood. Home is close to shopping strips, gas stations,tim Hortons, parks and many other amenities. This suite is fully furnished with all needed furniture as well as large TV and sound system,less than 16 minutes from the airport.
The vacation home is heated and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and an oven.
