Very nice place, especially for a basement suite. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants, a 4 minute drive to the lrt. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location - Great accommodations - Great Neighborhood
The unit was very nice, well equipped and very private. This is a very nice part of Edmonton and easy to get around. We suggest leave your car parked and use one of the rental scooters. Do not leave anything in sight in your car we were broken into and lost a few things. Please don't take this as the neighborhood is not safe this type of stuff happens all over...we let our guard down and left a black sports bag in view in the back of our car that attracted thief's.
We have stayed in many rental units, and this was one of the nicest we have experienced.
