A lot of things broken and/or missing from the listing. When I spoke with the property manager/owner he stated that a house party was thrown 2 month ago that caused a lot to be broken. I believe if it was over 2 months ago they should be working on fixing these problems. When I spoke with the property manager/owner he stated he would stop by the house and then used the excuse it was over a 30 minute drive. A lot of answers to questions sounded like excuses with no real resolution. Did not look like the house was cleaned properly. House was supposed to be used for a group of 6 to spend Thanksgiving and couldn’t utilize the dining table due to lack of chairs. List of everything wrong:Stair railing is looseClothes in laundry roomHole in wall in upstairs living room Cabinet broken in kitchenMissing chairSmashed grill lidBroken handle on fridgeNo cooking knivesLaundry detergent emptyIsland pillar brokenDirty sock in couchCouch is brokenHouse does not have good water pressureGarage had horrible smell and do not know the last time the trash was put on the curb

This was my first time booking with VRBO and Everything was excellent! The owner was very kind to me and my family and the property was very clean and spacious, it was more than what I hoped for, I’d definitely recommend it, it was so difficult to leave that property at checkout haha we loved it!

The house was very nice and in a very nice neighbor. The advertisement showed it had an outdoor grill but it was broken and we weren't able to use it. One of the couches in the living room was broken. The floors were dirty and hadn't been cleaned. My children found 3 different vape pens that had been left by previous guests in the upstairs area.
