Spaciously laid out over the first and second floor of this historic, 300 year old building which has been beautifully renovated.

We have an open plan kitchen living room divided by modern glass balustrades.

The house is generously laid out over two floors and located on The High St next to Beach & a host of local shops, cafes & restaurants.

Lovely open plan living room and kitchen with the bedroom upstairs. Separate modern shower room with powerful shower.

Located over two floors there’s two flights of stairs up from the main door.

Located in the centre of South Queensferry village, hidden off the main High Street and 2 minute walk from the beach.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Great location

Parking can be a bit tricky. If you're very tall you might feel a little cramped due to the eaves. I would be nervous with small children, but it was great for my teen. Excellent place for a short break!
