I had to contact the host for check in instructions because he never sent the gate code or front door keypad access code. Never received any instructions for checkout either. The apartment itself was filthy. All the bed sheets felt dirty. When we pulled out the sofa couch the sheet on the mattress had stains and crumbs all over it. The bed in the second bedroom was falling apart. We needed to wash the first night we were there and the washing machine didn’t work. The repair guy was supposed to get there first thing in the morning and never showed. I messaged the host around noon and was told he was going to be there in thirty minutes. Two more hours passed and I had to message him again and was told he was on his way. After having us wait there all day we gave up and left. He ended up getting there around 7pm to replace the washer. Overall the apartment was extremely dirty, very little toiletries were provided, and everything in the apartment seemed extremely cheap. We would definitely not stay here again.
