This partially renovated home offers 3 bedrooms, master with ensuite and beautiful views, a well equipped kitchen, spacious living areas and outdoor area complete with seating and BBQ. Fully self contained with plenty of parking space and an easy 5 minute stroll to the town center, restaurants, cafes, attractions, shops and 10 min walk to the beach. Perfect for bike enthusiasts to enjoy Gravity Eden Mountain Bike Trails with easily access bike storage and work bench on the lower level. All you need to enjoy your holiday on the coast.
