The house is an absolute gem, especially for a large group with kids. There are so many spaces for the kids to run around and use their imaginations without bothering the adults. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and even had more amenities than we could have ever imagined. It’s conveniently located near multiple skiing resorts, so we could easily go skiing whenever we wanted. Overall, our guests and I had a fantastic time, even though the snow wasn’t ideal. The beautiful house made up for it!

We had the most fabulous time in this amazing home gathering our 4 grown children and their families from Missouri to Maui. It could not have been more perfect for our group. There was room for everybody to have private space and room to gather. The kids spent most of the time downstairs in the game and theater rooms, while the adults talked about family memories growing up, played games and laughed until our sides ached. I can't say enough about this home. The beds were all so comfortable, everything was decorated beautifully, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the views on every level are spectacular. We loved sitting out on the back patio with its gorgeous view of Pineview Reservoir. The kids especially loved making s'mores on the electric fireplace on the downstairs patio. We definitely hope to come back again.

The house was huge and there was so much room for our entire family to move around and enjoy. the game room was fun and the movie room was an extra bonus. Everything we needed was providedLove the deck, the barbecue, and the flat grill. The owner was so kind and helpful. The only suggestion we could make would be that the house be a little bit cleaner thank you so much Lynette for all you did to make our stay so much fun.

I will miss the views off the deck of this house for morning coffee and evening wind down. Breathtaking! The house was so comfortable and provided everything we needed - even laundry detergent though we had brought our own- and more. We gathered as an extended family reunion and every age lived the house from the game room, movie room, largest table ever to seat all of us and even a toy room. Everyone in the house commented the beds were so comfortable! The community pool felt so nice as well and was an easy walk from the house. The host is indeed- so accommodating, kind and helpful. Plenty of hikes within 30 minutes of the house and the town of Eden has a great grocery store and cute coffee shops. We loved our time here!

Great Home

Rented to accommodate a group of friends during ski trip. The house was spacious and accommodating. It was very clean. It was convenient to both Nordic and powder Mountain. The view from the back porch was amazing. Thanks for having us.

Great Place for a Reunion

This house was a great place for our reunion. It accomodated our group of 5 families very comfortably. The house has a great view of Pineview Reservoir, and lots of fun amenities like corn hole, ping pong, air hockey, billiards, and a theater room. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and shared items from previous guests which makes cooking meals much more convenient with less worry about forgetting something essential like salt, pepper or cooking oil. Communication with the owner was good throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again for another big group trip.

Fabulous property!

Lynette was so easy and great to work with. We had such a great time and everything was perfect. The house was just what we needed. It has plenty of room and space. The 3 floors were so nice so everyone had space to sleep, relax and do everything else we wanted to do. The pool and gym were amazing!

Fantastic Location for skiing Powder and Snowbasin

Wonderful house and great location with beautiful views. We had 6 college friends from various cities, and was a great location for us to reconnect and go skiing. Each of us had our own room with comfortable king or queen bed. We could have brought all our kids and put them in the two bunk rooms that went unused during our stay. All my friends were very impressed with the house and not a single complaint or "wish it had". Had everything we needed to cook. Grocery store just down the hill. Fantastic skiing 15-25minutes away. Ski shop near the grocery store and next to the ski shop is a nice coffee shop that also serves nice low key dinner. Property manager was easy to work with and checkin was super easy. Highly recommend

Beautiful Spacious Home

The house is well stocked, and clean. The kitchen was stocked with all of the basics and more. Paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, plenty of kitchen hand towels, salt & pepper, cooking oil, spices… all there! GREAT game room! BEAUTIFUL views!

Wonderful Home

We celebrated a birthday and Christmas (early) at this huge home. Loved the space even with 2 infants there was space to have quiet or join the group! Loved the game room and theater. We used the very large table downstairs to continue a birthday tradition of making gingerbread houses! What a wonderful place for a big group!

This property was perfect for our group of eight couples! Bedrooms for all. We really liked the huge table with seating for all of us at meal time. Loved the sports equipment and the view. Hiking nearby was a bonus for us.
