Second floor: Suite 2 with two bedrooms (one double bed and one single bed), bathroom/toilet. Suite 3 with two bedrooms (two double beds), bathroom with large shower, and separate toilet.

Third floor (attic): "The Children's House," suite 4 with three sleeping areas (five single beds), a living room with a table, a sink, and a bathroom/toilet.

Four garages are available at the rear of the property. Parking is also available in front of the house on the street side (free).

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes, kitchen area, and garbage), heating, and electricity with reasonable consumption.

For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking.
