the arrangements for after hours arrival were unorganised and poorly communicated. It can be very simple. If the motel were to contact me direct I could explain a really simple method. Up to you though.

Room was not cleaned well however bathroom was clean. Poor customer service for arrival as a text message sent and no one called as check in closed early. A lot of noise from hotels nearby late into the night.

Very convenient location, quiet and family friendly. Everything is walking distance from tbe Motel, and though the facilities are older, they were clean, comfortable and well organised.

Reception is not at the motel, rather at the cafe in High Street. Greeted straight away as I walked into the cafe, friendly service, all my options explained clearly like dinner at the American hotel, which offered great beer and Y steak.

The motel was clean tidy. Room was quite and well appointed. Near many resturants, shops, mcdonalds, subway and beachworth bakery. The onsite resturant had excellent food coffee for breakfast. I did find the checkin in the back of the resturant a bit odd but functional.

The motel was very conveniently located, close to shops and a short walk to the train station. It had everything that we needed for our stay. However, the room we stayed in on Hare street was very loud all night, and the room furniture decor was a bit shabby and in need of a refresh. We didnt use the pool but it looked like a clean space.

We loved our stay at Nirebo. Check in was easy. Having the cafe on site was very convenient for grabbing breakfast and coffee and shops close by. It is near the Port and I loved my early morning walk along the river with just the birds as company. The staff were extremely warm and friendly. Rooms on the small size but comfy.

Nice stay

Great location close to everything. Nice cafe and pub next door. Couldn't even hear the music from the pub late at night. Pool probably needs to be heated but other than that a nice place to stay

Beautiful clean rooms with a big shower for disability purposes. Plenty goodies in the cupboard for morning or afternoon tea. Ideally located close to shops, restaurants and cafe. Only hiccup are the stairs to go up to first floor with suitcases. Ground floor rooms would be perfect for anyone who can’t use stairs. Just check before making booking.
