The Space:
Life truly is as good as it can get when you spend your vacation in this bright and spacious home. Set in a private wooded area on the ocean side of Eastham, you will be just a few minutes from breathtaking Nauset Light Beach and Coast Guard Beach, two of the six Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, often recognized as some of the best in the country! In addition to being within minutes of the ocean and the bay, the Cape Cod Rail Trail is also just around the corner – an approximately 25-mile paved trail for bikers and joggers that crosses seven Cape Cod towns!

Enter the home from one of the two decks and you will be in a bright, open concept living area with a gleaming white, fully-equipped kitchen, a new dining set with seating for six, and a comfortable couch and armchair seating. Down the hall are a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two bedrooms - the master with a queen bed and the second with two twin beds. The walk-out ground floor with a living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV, a kids-size ping pong table, a separate office room, and a brand new washer and dryer in the utility room. Travel upstairs to the second floor and you will find one large bedroom with a queen bed on one side, two twin beds on the other, and an en-suite full bathroom in between the two.



There is plenty of seating and table space on one of the two decks for everyone to gather or grill for those family summer BBQs. The yard also features a new outdoor shower was recently built along the back of the house. Other amenities include WiFi, central AC via mini-splits, and sheets and bath towels provided with beds made upon arrival. Your summer vacation awaits!

A very basic rental

This property is accessed via a steep driveway. With no central air - just window units in bedrooms and the very hot weather we experienced, the indoor temperature was very uncomfortable. There is minimal kitchen cupboard storage if you were planning to eat/cook at the house. We found the house to be rather tired looking and in need of updating to bring it up to their description ‘Life truly is as good as it can get when you spend your vacation in this bright and spacious home’.

Family vacation

The place is nice but pricey. Whenever our grandson(10 years old) visited, he was excited to play ping pong in the basement. However, the second floor bedrooms had no doors which was inconvenient. It would have been nice to have “grab bars” in the showers for safety. Online listing was misleading to say that beaches were in walking distance. The closest one was about two miles away and the roads weren’t pedestrian friendly. However, we enjoyed taking walks in this quiet peaceful & friendly neighborhood.
