A relaxing beach vacation in Eastham is waiting for you at this comfortable 4-bedroom house. Inside, guests find a beautiful mix of cozy and spacious sleeping options, including a king bed, queen bed, and two upstairs bedrooms with two twin beds in each. With 1.5 bathrooms inside and an outdoor shower, mornings and evenings flow smoothly for everyone. The full bath on the first floor does have a bathtub ( for the littles). The Visitors center with bike path directly to Coast Guard beach is a short bike ride away or about 1 min by car. Coast guard beach is about a mile away, The Cape house stays comfortable year-round thanks to central air conditioning and fast wi-fi. This is a weekly rental Sunday to Sunday during August and offering 1 shorter stay as an option in early September. Please bring your own linens and towels. Whether you’re relaxing indoors with a good book, enjoying the firepit and grill with outdoor dining area, or planning your next adventure, this delightful home offers a welcoming retreat. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

Unfortunately, we would not stay here again. The location was great and the street was quiet, but the property did not meet our expectations. The yard was unkempt, with a dead tree that appeared unsafe. The grill was extremely dirty with an old hot dog left inside, and the outdoor table blew over in the wind.The house initially appeared clean, but on closer inspection, drawers were dirty and the kitchen lacked many basic supplies. There were very few utensils, no lobster pot, no drinking glasses, and most coffee mugs were chipped. The listing said to bring linens and towels but did not mention pillows or blankets, so we had to purchase them after arriving.Garbage from the previous guests was still there when we arrived and was overflowing and foul-smelling. Pickup was also delayed during our stay. The basement stairs had no light, upstairs became very hot despite central A/C, and several window screens had holes. Great location, but unfortunately we would not return.
