perfect weekend

It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too.

Excellent all around experience!

The property was clean, cute, cozy, and overlooks the ocean. Other than a little more sunshine and a little less rain, I couldn’t have asked for more. Communication with property manager was the best I have experienced.

Relax and Unwind

This is a "cozy cottage" with a beautiful views for sunsets. We had our 86 lb lab with us, so it was tight with the crate. Very clean, backyard swings are awesome for relaxation. Tree shaded yard, with firepit was great for cocktails. Area excellent for biking/walking. Close to restaurants. Outside shower - great to clean off sand. VRBO listed washer/dryer. This info is not correct.

The property was lovely and ideal for a quick weekend out of town. While the location offers sleeping for 5, it would be rather challenging for more than 2, unless the rest of your party had children, as the room with the bunkbed is essentially an extended closet. The proximity to the private beach was lovely. The rental house itself is a guesthouse for another house, that of which is also rented out. Not an issue per se, but the reservation is far less secluded than the listing lets on. If you’re coming here for a true place to simply sleep after days at the beach, this isn’t as much of an issue. The source for disappointment, however, stems from the communication and treatment of management staff to us during our stay. Tara was very communicative leading up to our trip by providing guides and helpful reminders. However, during our stay due to a miscommunication from the team in parking, we were rudely awoken in the early hours of the morning to pounding on our door. We were verbally berated by an unnamed individual (of which, we’re not sure if this was Tara or another team member - they failed to properly present themselves) threatening to kick us out of the reservation due to parking in the wrong spot. This individual claimed to have called us multiple times and reach out to us before showing up unannounced. We swiftly moved our allotted car to a neutral spot and checked for missed calls or messages from Tara. We received n

Get Away at Castaway

Castaway Cottage New meaning for LLC Location-On a quiet lane with no through traffic yet within minutes of all the attractions on RT 6. Location: Within feet of Campground beach, two stairs, only steps away, for access, and a high vista overlooking Cape Cod Bay. Sunsets are fantastic. Two swing chairs provide a place for reading, sunning and watching the activity on the Bay. Clean: The cleaning crew takes pride in what they do. We found new pots, pans and cutlery. Were greeted with snacks for us and our dog. Where else will you find three different types of coffee makers to suit your needs. This small cottage was cozy and comfortable for the two of us. Nice artistic touches, nicely appointed master bedroom and practical furnishings. We would recommend this getaway for any couple (old or young) or family with no more than 2 small children.
