Bad Business
Did not get the code to the house the day of arrival as commonly done. Instead it says will get “on arrival”. That was 20 minutes waiting , and needing to go elsewhere for a bathroom before code was sent to get in. Home heat was slow to warm up, on cold, wet day. NO HOT WATER. Poor and slow communication from owner. With VRBO involved, still poor. Promised to get help, but no help came, after 3 phone calls and 6 hours. There was less than a roll of toilet paper for 4 people. Crusty bowl left next to sink. Both kitchen and bathroom sinks had yellow crusty pieces left in them. Kitchen cabinets dirty around sink area. Know your rights. No one deserves to be gaslighted.
