Beautifully designed Larry Kane residence located just north of the Village and sited next to a large, west facing agricultural reserve. This luxurious home has a cedar shingled exterior and an edgy, modern interior. There are five bedrooms, six full and two half baths, a finished 2,200+/- sq. ft lower level with wine room, bedroom/bath, playroom and theater. The two bay garage is detached (with use of Ferrari and Range Rover including beach pass) and the gunite pool and Jacuzzi are placed to take advantage of the open farm vista.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 7 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a coffee maker, and a phone.
