Big house for rent in Los Barriles, on a hill with great views to palm trees, the blue sky and the ocean!

The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is wide and open with views to the outside, the house comes with its own palapa and BBQ area with two big grills.

You can also take advantage of the huge land to play games outside with your family and friends.

The property gives you privacy while at the same time being right in downtown and walking distance to most bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and of course, the beach.

Lovely place to stay

Excellent access in the middle of town, clean property, good communication regarding any issues and a relaxing patio. An outdoor dining table and chairs near the bbq would be nice as well as a hammock chair. Overall it was a lovely place to stay and would absolutely consider staying here again.

Very clean. Maria was attentive. The house was a short walk up a hill from town and the beach. Gorgeous sunrises and birds! I’d name this house the bird house if it was mine😊

Authentic Mexican experience

I traveled with 4 adult grandchildren and wanted them to experience Los Barriles and have a great time. This home is centrally located in town and easy walk to everything, including the beach. We had a marvelous time and Mary & Tova took good care of us. The house is as listed - and what a treat it was. Want to come back for sure!

This would have been a prefect place, grewat location but it lacked up keep, we had to but 5 cans of ant spray to fumeagate, one of the bedrooms had a scorpion on the wall. It definatley needs some TLC.. I would stay again if they put some love in the place!

Real Mexican fun!!

My husband and I come to Los Barriles several times a year. Never been in the month of Oct/Nov but decided to bring our 10 year old for Dia de Muertos. Napoleón’s house has the amenities you need and still captures the real Mexican experience. Miguel who lives on site is wonderful. There’s hot water, several beds with different mattress firmness. The master bed was too hard for us so we switched mattresses, no problem. Washer outside was unique and clothes dried fast hanging out in the sun. We played Dominoes and enjoyed the property. If you want cushy American accommodations stay at a hotel. Want a real fun traditional Mexican experience with extra niceties like hot water, air conditioning and great smelling soap, stay at Napoleon’s house!! We’ll be back!!
