The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent

The location of the hotel is good, within 5~10 minutes, one can reach the city centre and all the shops. The breakfast at the hotel is fabulous, way beyond expectation. One of the front desk staff whom we asked if our second room is ready at around 2:35 pm, he replied quite impolitely that check in time is at 3pm. But we were told by another lady at the reception that our second room should be ready in half an hour after we checked in the first room at 1:50. Anyway, only this guy is not friendly, the other two front desk staff are absolutely fine.

Good property in a central, quiet location of Düsseldorf. Kö and Altstadt nearby. Spacious rooms, good for longer stays. Please be aware that our room on the 5th floor had a lot of steps (outside the room and inside) which wasn’t properly communicated by the hotel. This wasn’t an issue for us but some people might find it difficult.

Nice spot, just needs soundproofing!

Very clean hotel on an extremely quiet street - was lovely to hear the birdsong in the backyard whilst sat on the balcony. The only issues I had is 1) the lack of soundproofing - we were woken up two nights in a row by drunk guests and 2) the water pressure in the shower is very low and also kept going freezing cold.

Nice central location and plenty of space

Really nice apartments near central Düsseldorf, good location for everything. Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped and sofa bed is really only suitable for a light single. Otherwise good value.

Nice place just wished they had an air conditioner. Not sure if I just couldn't figure it out but I looked everywhere and there wasn't one. It was unusually hot for May weather in Dusseldorf.

Very Nice Hotel

The hotel is beautiful, very stylish and in a great location. The staff was okay, not very friendly and missed maid service one day after asking specifically at 2:00 PM if we would be happening and the response was "of course", like I was an idiot.

Tons of Space and Very Comfortable

I loved the apartment. The decor was a little odd, but it was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. I've never had so much ROOM in a hotel before!

Wonderful Hotel

If you're looking for a great hotel to stay at, stay here. We had a wonderful time. The spacious/apartment style room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Parking wasn't a problem. 11 euro was cheaper than parking on the street and definantly cheaper than other hotels. We were close to the shopping district and within walking distance of the river. And we could cook our own meals in the kitchen. Great stay!

Surprisely nice!

Arts and tastful room. And it is very spacious with the bed in a loft upstairs. Nice quiet back street. 10 minutes walk to the central train station. I really liked it.

Nice hotel, poor area

Hotel is really nice but I just lacks a premium edge. It's 3/4 minutes walk from the town centre but the immediate area is quite rough and you need to walk at least 20 minutes to find something nice

Great hotel and location

Very pleasant stay. Great little hotel. Really nice room with good facilities and nice decor. Friendly staff. Very handy for transport - especially to Messe, and reasonable walk to old city. If I return to Düsseldorf I will stay here again.
