Perfect to bring together family and friends for a get-together, this is a 6-bedroom holiday home in Durbuy. It comes with a lovely furnished garden where you can enjoy barbecued meals in the evenings. A total of 14 persons can stay here.

Séjour mitigé malgré des points positifs

Notre séjour dans cette location temporaire a été globalement décevant, malgré quelques aspects positifs. La maison était propre à notre arrivée, la cuisine bien équipée, et les photos de l’annonce reflétaient la réalité.Cependant, plusieurs manques ont terni l'expérience : absence d’essuie-pieds (à l'entrée de la maison et à la sortie de la bain), de serpillière, de gel/torchons pour mains/vaisselle, etc. Nous avons dû acheter ces articles. La baignoire, sans rideau, a causé des éclaboussures sans serpillière pour nettoyer. Une chambre manquait d'espace de rangement, ce qui est inconfortable.Le service client s'est montré peu coopératif, nous conseillant d'acheter nous-mêmes ce qui manquait.Concernant les frais, ceux de nettoyage étaient annoncés à 125 , mais nous avons été facturés 213 sans explication. De plus, nous devions vider les poubelles à 10 minutes du logement. Les frais de literie étaient de 12 par personne, mais facturés 12,50 ; la différence a été remboursée après réclamation. c'est à nous d'aller récupérer la literie, faire et defaire les lits et à la ramener à 10 min de làEnfin, 70 ont été retenus de la caution sans facture ni explication (recu après réclamation). Nous avons contesté ces frais : 40 liés aux poubelles, alors que nous les avons vidées à quelques exception près. 30 ont été remboursés après réclamation.Malgré les atouts de la maison, ces désagréments ont gâché notre expérience. En l’état, nous ne recommandons pas ce logement

Agréable séjour

Maison spacieuse et très bien située par rapport à Durbuy. Points forts: les pièces sont propres, vaisselle et casserolles en suffisance pour 14 personnes, parking facile, grandes chambres. Points moyens: il faut aller prendre et ramener les clés à 10 minutes de voiture de là, la taille du barbecue convient mieux pour 4 personnes que pour 14, compliqué d’installer 14 personnes à la table de la cuisine.

Ruim huis met fijne ruime tuin en voldoende eigen parkeerplaatsen. Huis is sober ingericht en enigszins gedateerd. Keukenfaciliteiten aanwezig maar rommelig en gedeeltelijk gebrekkig.
