The property is very nice and has great wow effect when you enter it for the first time. The restaurants are very nice and the ambiance is amazing. The only issue and it was a big one for our stay was the lack of hot water in our suite….it would warm up somewhat most times after running for 10 minutes or longer except for our final morning where no hot water was forthcoming so we left our stay with a cold shower as a goodbye. I may not return to this location because of this.

The hotel was nice and convenient but we had no hot water. Had to call front desk twice and surpassingly they fixed but in the morning when we ran water there wasn’t any. Toilet was not flushing properly and water would run all the time. Asked at the front desk how to get to bus station to go to Mazatlan only to be given ‘wrong information. All in all it wasn’t good experience with hotel (he spoke English, very disappointing). Durango is nice city but English isn’t spoken very much. People were lovely and friendly. No complaints with the city.
