Fabulous house just outside of Dunedin

This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.

This is a fantastic location just a short distance from town. The hosts were awesome! The bed was very comfortable. The large room with adjacent deck is well appointed. The house is across the street from the ocean and a pebbly beach. Loved the view! We highly recommend ordering their dinner which they bring to your room. It was extremely good! We HIGHLY recommend a stay at ‘A View with a Room’!
