This beautiful, two-bedroom, apartment is within walking distance from the Dundee University Campus, V+A Museum and the city's most popular cafes, bars, restaurants. Free on-Street parking is available right outside the door and there is a large convenience store just a 2 minute walk away. Pleasantly decorated and fully furnished, this apartment provides an ideal location for a stay in Dundee, Scotland. 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, and home of the new V+A Museum. Suitable for long or short stays, the accommodation comprises of; a large lounge with plenty of space to relax, two double bedrooms with plentiful storage, kitchen and bathroom. The dining table also doubles as an open and bright workspace. The perfect accommodation for both residential and corporate guests. Especially useful for long terms guests, there is a washing machine and drying rack for you to use and (since a lot of people ask) you are welcome to use the vacuum cleaner if you want to. Please note, the washing machine is in the kitchen recess so you will need to crouch down to access it. Given this, noise in the apartment and entrance hallway must be kept to an acceptable level at all times.
