our host David was friendly and responded immediately to any questions. Loved the house and yard. It snowed one night and the driveway was cleaned of snow early the next morning. Location is perfect - ten minutes from almost everything. And you can't beat it with Troyers right across the street! We had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Everything was great and amenities greatly appreciated. The only suggestion I can make is that we had our 105 yr old mother with us and this time of year gets cool at night. We were unable to raise the temp above 71 (which is fine for most of us) but when older person staying, maybe up to 73 would work much better.

The house was SOOO clean and nice! It was easy to find, close to all of our favorite places (only 5 minutes from Rebecca's Bistro!), had the cutest little coffee bar, had all the things you would need for laundry and dishes. David kept us updated on everything leading up to the trip and was very quick in his responses. We will DEFINITELY be booking again!

We had a great time at Freda's place. The owners were very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. Negatives: some dirty dishes found in the cupboard, no dishwasher, the grill had not been cleaned by the previous renters and the grill ran out of propane. The owners came right over the same day with a new tank of propane and said they would talk to the cleaner regarding the dirty dishes.

Freda's place is perfect for a stay in amish country. Its close to many attractions and yet rural enough to enjoy the quiet evenings. The house is very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would definitely stay again without giving it a second thought.

Great place to stay

Far enough on the outside of the tourist spots but close enough that everything is only 10 - 20 minutes away. Quiet and secluded. Very clean and well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of meals. Really enjoyed our weekend!
