Welcome to this charming condo in Dumaguete. This peaceful retreat offers a cozy space for guests to relax and unwind. With modern amenities like AC, a washing machine, and a fitness room, your stay will be convenient and comfortable. The bathroom is well-equipped for your needs. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Dumaguete. Food and transportation may be found only steps away. Other amenities include a large outdoor swimming pool, event room and pool table etc. Ideal for students or college/university instructors. Please advise the host/co-host of any guests so they can be registered in the app which the guards access to allow entry. Without pre-registration, they will not be allowed entry. Maximum 2 guests in the unit overnight. :-)

Enjoyed the amenities the pool was beautiful and refreshing. The room was a bit small however, but livable for one month. Liked the area to downtown. Easy transportation. The security guard was a 'wealth of information' as well.
