A great place to stay out of the chaos of the old city, but with convenient access to easily go in to enjoy all Dubrovnik has to offer. The concierge staff are so wonderful and really work to make your stay enjoyable.

Lovely clean bedroom with comfy bed/pillows and nice ensuite. (Superior double with balcony.) Public rooms very clean. Excellent staff, always very helpful and knowledgeable. Big selection of food for breakfast and evening meals and it was of good quality. It was nice to have some music in the evenings. We liked the location of the hotel just a short bus ride into Dubrovnik old town. A very relaxing stay.

AMAZING. ASTOUNDING!!

For someone that is a frequent traveller I have never experienced such a high-level of customer service. The staff will go above and beyond to help, the cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. I would highly recommend those that are travelling single, as a couple, as a family, to come and have a stay at this hotel. Remarkable service, cannot recommend enough (And I have high standards, so that’s saying something)

Beautiful hotel, extensive breakfast buffet, lovely facilities and easy walk to other Valamar hotels which you can use their facilities. The kids centre, Maro world was absolutely brilliant and a god send in the bad weather. Rooms were quite small and no balcony but very clean and comfortable. Regular and easy bus service into Dubrovnik old town and Beautiful coastal path thats buggy friendly

Smelly, disorganized, and no refund

Honestly pretty below average hotel, the hallways smell and its super confusing and easy to get lost, staff are nice but they promised me that they would be able to refund me for a night for one of our two rooms, since one half of our group's flight got cancelled last minute. They later declined a refund. Also the breakfast area is pretty chaotic.
