We stayed here upon our arrival into Croatia and it was in a beautiful location, nice view, spacious and clean. The host was helpful, however it was a little isolated from accessing food/restaurants as we did not have a car.

Nous avons été surpris de l'état des lieux en fonction de l'évaluation faite sur le site de réservation. Les chaises sur le balcon était défoncées, la cuisine n'offrait pas beaucoup de couverts. La cafetière avait au moins 3 mois de poussière et il n'y avait pas de bouilloire. Les meubles étaient abimés et la literie presque inexistante. Le seul point possible, la vue sur la mer.

Nice apartment, poor communication

The apartment was great with lovely views. We arrived on time but there was nobody to let us in or even explain which apartment it was as there were lots of other apartments with the same name. We finally found a young man who was working on a boat and fortunately had the hosts phone number so was able to let us in. Another couple who arrived later had the same problem. The number we were given by Hotels.com was for Hotels.com, who said they didn't have a number for the hosts. As I said, the apartment was really nice with comfy bed, lovely and quiet with great private parking. To eat or shop you need to go into Dubrovnik which shouldn't be a problem as you must have transport to stay there.

Wonderful view from apartment

The apartment is 10mins drive away from Dubrovnik Old Town. So we needed to take an Uber into town every time to access stores and restaurants. Uber eats do not deliver to this location. The view from the apartment is beautiful day and night. You can hire boats from just 2mins walk away. There is a secluded beach within a 10mins walk called Plaža Lozica. We particularly enjoyed this spot as it is a tranquil beach quite far away from the usual busyness of beaches elsewhere. The sofa bed wasn't as comfortable and only really accommodated someone who is a little light weighted. The Air Conditioner wasn't as effective in maintaining cooler temperatures especially during the thick heat during midday. Everything else in the accommodation was great. There were sufficient utensils in the kitchen. The apartment was very clean and the location is once again beautiful.

Vue splendide sur Dubrovnik. Studio spacieux. Équipement de base pour la cuisine qui gagnerait à être renouvelé (couverts, assiettes et verres). Parking au pied de l'appartement appréciable. Gros bémol hélas concernant la piscine. Celle-ci est impraticable et abîmée, et sans doute depuis un moment. C'est très décevant quand on réserve en plein été une location avec piscine et que l 'on placé devant le fait à l'arrivée. Pas de contact direct avec les loueurs pendant le sejour.
