Perfectly located in Dubbo CBD, near cafes, shopping and entertainment, with great views of church st from the second floor!

The apartment is newly renovated and spacious and right in the middle of Dubbo, close to the courthouses , Old Dubbo Gaol and shops.

The apartment is cleaned before each visit, has towels and linens, and a washing machine / dryer.

The apartment is 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and single bed. Bedroom 2 features a king bed.

The lounge in the living room also converts to a comfortable sofa bed ( it really is pretty comfy unlike most sofa beds!). Please note the sofa bed is in the main living area.

The apartment has a kitchen, fridge, oven , stove , microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils - so would suit someone visiting for a day or here for a few weeks for work.

The apartment has ducted heating and cooling. We have some toys and games for families. There is also a desk set up for anyone travelling for business. Free wifi included.

The apartment is located on level 2, via wide and well lit staircase. There is no parking provided, however there is street parking or park in the free parking areas close by. Church street is well lit at night.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a desk, and a kitchen island.
