This was one of my best hotel experience ever when it comes to service. I've been to 62 countries and stayed at lots and lots of 5 and 4 star hotels, and this service experience was really a top class experience! Staff was vert attentive and helpful. Everything about my stay at Rove was spectacular!.....from the checkin with a choice of rooms (Ihed.....sorry if I have mispelt his name) to the service at breakfast, the guys cleaning the room, bus scheduling to the mall, access to the travel consultant eased the purchase of any tickets and the various areas to grab some time in the sun. It is a place that caters so well for families as well as the more 'mature' single traveller. It was just what I needed for an 'R&R' away for those 10 days.
