What a stay. We loved Raffles Dubai amd everything about it. The staff were fabulous and every interaction a pleasure. The condition of the hotel was great and decor so elegant, beautiful and so clean Breakfast was so fresh with great choice and presented so well. We usually stay at more resort type hotels on Jumeirah Beach but thought we would try one of Dubai's classic hotels amd are so glad we did. Great Job Team Raffles

I could not fault the hotel. It was the cleanest I have ever been in with the best breakfast. The staff were all excellent, it was so good that we booked a further night later in the week.

Don’t reserve a stay at Raffles Dubai

The hotel phoned me a few hours before I was due to check in to tell me they had overbooked and were moving me to another hotel. They then failed to get my reservation details at the new hotel right which led to significant issues at check in. After that they failed to tell new hotel that they had covered the bill so I was not only asked to pay again for my stay. It was very embarrassing and time consuming to resolve and I had to do it as several calls with the Raffles team failed to fix the issues. The Raffles team then tried to blame all the problems on the new hotel.

This was my second stay at Raffles Dubai, and after the wonderful experiences during both stays, I'll be here again on future trips. The hotel is very elegant without being stuffy, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities needed. The staff are l friendly and helpful (and well-trained), including the reception staff and the concierge staff, who went beyond the 'call of duty' to efficiently arrange reserved tickets for the WTA tennis tournament. The pool area, gym, and locker rooms are wonderful, clean, and well-maintained. I also like the location of the hotel, which is close to the airport and not affected by the hustle and bustle of the downtown areas (e.g., Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa area). Overall, you can't miss with this fabulous hotel/resort destination in Dubai - I give Raffles my highest recommendation.
