We loved everything about our stay, from the beautiful scent the moment you walk in, to the impeccable service. The staff are extremely professional, from the valet to the reception, beach and restaurants. We enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) at their terrace too, despite the heat. The property is amazing. It is beautiful and very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool is fantastic and very relaxing after the heat of Dubai. I highly recommend staying here. The staff are wonderful from check-in to departure. They were very attentive. The only challenge was on my first day, I had my do not disturb hanger on the door and I received a call from housekeeping which woke me up as I was trying to adjust to the time difference. When I ordered food later that day, housekeeping took that as a sign to also come in and suddenly I had five people in my room all at once when I didn’t want them there. I was also persistently asked for a review to the point that they even brought in a QR code for me to scan. It felt pushy and distasteful for this quality of hotel.

A very beautiful property facing the Burj Khalifa. The mall was within walking distance even in the heat. The fountains out back were under construction which we did not know prior to making reservations but the hotel upgraded us to an incredible suite to make our stay special and memorable. The staff was super kind and helpful for everything from sending out our laundry to coordinating taxis to our destinations.
