I most like the location of the hotel. It is a very great place and easy access to the metro station. I would recommend that they offer some snacks for hospitality to there guests when they first arrive. Also i would recommend the fact taht if you include breakfast to your package if you are not able to go eat it when you call they should deliver you that breakfast even if you have to pay small amout for the deliver instead of making us pay the breakfast we order in our room. O etall, I like the hotel so much everything was good. It's a good hotel.

Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here based on the following serious concerns. First, the cleanliness was unacceptable there was black mould in the shower, yellow water from the bathroom faucet, and very dirty counters. We were also only given a limited number of towels, which made our stay even more inconvenient. Worse still, our room door would not lock, and a piece of the keycard scanner was missing. We reported this immediately to the front desk, but instead of treating it with urgency, staff insisted the door was fine and delayed addressing the issue. It took nearly two hours for them to give us a new room which only happened after we refused to accept their excuses. This was a major safety concern that was handled extremely poorly. On top of that, the hotel has inconvenient and unreasonable policies: They charge 15 AED for a bucket of ice, even in emergencies. There are no microwaves in the rooms, and guests are not allowed to use any microwave anywhere in the hotel. The staff were generally unhelpful and dismissive of concerns. This stay left us feeling unsafe, uncomfortable, and deeply frustrated. Unless major improvements are made to cleanliness, customer service, and basic amenities, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

The Millennium Place Marina Hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, many shops and restaurants. The hotel has on premises 2 restaurants with bars. One advise would be to keep the pool open later into the evening. Currently the pool closes too early not giving guest an opportunity for guest to swim after the hot Arabian sun has set. Also it would be nice if food or drinks can be available to purchase in the pool area.

Before arriving at the hotel, we emailed them to ask if the Executive Place Room has Club access. The agent said it did and I had this in writing. Upon arrival at the hotel, they said this was not the case and said that I was reading the email wrong! They were completely uninterested about the false advertisement and would not honour this. When we ran the bath, the water was filthy so we couldn’t use the bath. The chairs on the balcony were so uncomfortable and old which was really disappointing. The cafe downstairs wouldn’t let us drink a small glass of water from the hotel reception after purchasing food and drink from them which just seemed very petty. If you have another hotel in mind for your stay, go there. We’ve always stayed at the marina and won’t return here. It’s on the very outskirts of the marina so you’d be better staying somewhere further into the marina. Real shame staying here considering how much more we paid to stay here than our first choice! We only stayed here after being told we get club access to find out the hard way that we don’t.
