The hotel was great overall, and the customer service stood out—staff were very friendly and helpful. However, we stayed for two nights and unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool. The pool area was always crowded, and the chairs were taken quickly, so there was no space whenever we tried to go. Another small issue: we left the “Make Up Room” sign on the phone before heading out for the day, but when we returned, the room hadn’t been cleaned. When we called for extra toilet paper, the staff seemed surprised the room hadn’t been serviced—but someone came shortly after and took care of it. The only regret is not being able to enjoy the pools. It was a one-time stay, maybe next time we’ll stay closer to the marina.

I am that person that cares about the hotel idc if I’m not going to be in the room I still want a clean modern aesthetically pleasing hotel!! and let me say this, This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed! This hotel was beautiful the aesthetics was top tier! it was very clean, the quality of the bed sheets were very soft and the pillows do not go flat! Bathroom was very nice with a bidet the main pool was very big ppl from other hotels were coming just to go to our pool lol yes it’s that nice! Just know FIVE Palm Jumeirah in Dubai did not miss!

Definitely a property not for families with kids… it is a party place, the pool area is buzzing from an early morning. Clean, new rooms, great views. I traveled with a friend and we loved it. Great Italian restaurant, right next to the promenade that can take you to the beach, any other hotel nearby, or to the dozens of restaurants and beach clubs along it.
