Room cleanliness is not good ( carpet, window in bad condition ). inside room has small flies which can't leave anything without covering it. water leakinging from bathtub, bathroom will be flooded every time eill use it. when arriving, Sink didn't drain-out water, called room service to fix it. Refrigerator has noisy fan all the time.

Better sleep on the street then book this hotel

The hotel staff did everything to frustrate me. It has been the baddest hotel ever. The hotel staff had fun to let me wait for my room. The craziest excuses were brought up to let me wait. Very VERY BAD AND RUDE PEOPLE WHO ARE WORKING THERE. Nobody should go there and the government of UAE should close this hotel until there’s another management.

If you are driving, traffic is intense. I parked on the other side of the street and walked in to check in. They offered to get my cat and bring it into the very cramped but possible parking lot. It worked!
