Room was spacious and always clean with bed laid and towels replaced; even toiletries we left in the bathroom were always neatly arranged on our return. From front office, to kitchen and cleaning staff were super helpful and affable. Security guy (James) was very helpful with assisting us with drop offs and pickups in taxis from our tours in town.

Finding the shuttle was the most difficult and only thing I had a problem with, but that is really the airport's fault. Most of the buses are not labelled, so it was difficult to tell whether I was even in the right parking area.

Room was average and not more. Housekeeping staff making talking loud on their cell phone at 2am outside our room was a first for us. Had open the door and tell the him to get lost. Outside of that it was what we expected.
