I liked the bird sounds that were playing throughout the hotel during the day. It is a nice “natural” touch. The area surrounding the hotel was a bit noisy during the days due to vehicles passing. Naima at the front desk was awesome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was exceptional, and we were particularly impressed with Chef Balraj and his team's willingness to cater to specific dietary requirements. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive. Our room was spotless, and we appreciated the regular replenishment of essential items. However, we found the number of power outlets to be insufficient and incompatible with most mobile chargers. Additionally, the bathtub's design presented some challenges: the glass partition was too small, resulting in water spillage, and the overall height of the tub and toilet seat was unsuitable for elderly guests.

The hotel is located in Al barsha not far from one of the Metro stations, a 10minute walk. The area around is filled with small shops and restaurant's. There is also a Mosque near by which can be a bit loud at times for sensitive individuals. The hotel it self is in prestine conditions and kept extremely tidy There is a Gym, Spa and swimming pool up on the roof top, with everything in working order. Their staff are helpful and any of your requests are fulfilled promptly. Meals were delicious and properly portioned at a fair price. During their buffet hours they cater ample diet options from vegan to carnivore. Check in and check out are fairly simple and deposits are refunded upon leaving. Overall, its a pleasant place for individuals and pack of families.

The staff of this property are simply amazing, courteous, caring and professional. About the location of the property, I am torn to write anything because it has both good and bad things: Pros: walking distance to the mall of Emirates with lots of shops and food options, and lots of dining options in walking ditance next to the hotel which is a great thing. Cons: It is a crowded area of the city and a bit noisy with lots of traffic. You feel comfortable when you are inside the hotel, but as soon as you step out you see how busy the area is with lots of cars and people just going around. This is not necessarily a bad thing though, because you see people. The good thing about Dubai is that even it is crowded and noisy, you never feel unsafe.

The staff were super nice and friendly, there were some issues with cleaning our rooms and they tried their best to resolve it. The hotel closes its pools at 8:00 pm and all smoker guests line up in front of the hotel at nights to smoke cigarette which is quite a scene, I would open the smoking area around the pool for 24/7 to avoid such a weird and uncomfortable scene in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel is close to the Mall of Emirates, almost a walking distance, and there are a lot of dining options around, but it is overall not a calm area of Dubai which might be pleasing to the people who like to see a lot of vibrance and activity around.

This Hotel Is a Health Hazard! I’m writing this as a warning to future guests who care about cleanliness and health. After a 24-hour flight, I arrived at 1 AM, exhausted. Check-in was smooth, and I just wanted to sleep before an important meeting. As soon as I got into bed, I noticed a strange smell on the sheets—but I was too tired to care. Then, I remembered my medication. When I got up and turned on the light, I saw TWO blood-sucking ticks on the bed. I was horrified. I took a video and rushed to reception, shaking. The staff showed me two other rooms, and I moved, but I couldn’t sleep, waking every 20 minutes to check for bugs. The next morning, the manager, fully aware of the issue, offered a room upgrade and a free lunch instead of a refund. Seriously? How could I trust their food when their rooms are this filthy? I never asked for an upgrade—I just wanted a clean, bug-free room. When I refused, he kept insisting on a free meal. Do I look like I’m complaining for free food?! I wanted a safe, hygienic stay. Later, I read other one-star reviews and saw I wasn’t alone. How does this hotel have four stars? It barely deserves three! The rooms are dirty, everything stinks, and customer service is terrible. For your health’s sake, stay elsewhere!

First of all: The name is the hint ! It’s Atrium hotel, so this feature has its pros and cons. It’s an oasis if quietness within the Al Barsha area of life and noises as most of the rooms are facing an atrium with none exterior views. This keeps noises out, but will lock you in. The rooms are modern furnished and well cleaned, the restrooms look perfect maintenanced. Super easy access to the complimentary garage with lifts directly to your level. I enjoyed the stay here as I had more than enough vivid city life throughout My day, so I was fine with quietness in my hotel room. This hotel has not a bar, you can walk over to Centro Al Barsha hotel for a beer and soccer on big screen

They didn't provide us priority to Check in earlier that we have an infant ,the housekeeping service was terrible …most of the time we left room early morning and back in the evening but they didn’t cleaned the rooms yet and we had too wait outside with a baby !!! The service was too slow and not pleasant.

Clean property, quiet , seems safe. However everything is about AED 50-110 away. There’s few restaurants around. Staff communication a bit of issue. Refused to store my baggage when I was promised I could , at check-in time, and staff were rude at reception when we enquired about the storage.
