One of the most conveniently located hotels in Dubai, direct walk access to the Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa, access to the Metro, incredibly helpfull and caring staff - GORGEOUS large pool (great for those who love swimming like me) this is undoubtedly one of the best places to stay in Dubai - there were some issues with reservation and billing but the staff and the manager demonstrated why Kempinski continues to beat its competitors and the truly tough game of doing their best for their clients. The hotel itself was very nice, but it is located in a rather busy area. If you are sensitive to noise from traffic, you might prefer a quieter location. The location of the hotel is very central . The whole staff are incredibly helpful and friendly with the kids. The room was always clean and it has many amenities

We liked this hotel very much as it is accessible to Dubai mall and other places like burj khalifa fountain and sky view near by.We also liked the staff to be very patient listening to our needs.I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family definitely.
