The overall experience at the hotel was disappointing. The internet connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected or get any work done. The room itself was not properly cleaned, with visible signs of neglect that made the stay uncomfortable. One of the most frustrating issues was the electricity cutting out intermittently, which meant the air conditioning would stop working—an especially unpleasant situation given the climate.
