We had our annual siblings trip with spouses at this location. Our group included 9 adults. I've stayed at many VRBO's all over the world and this was the most disappointing location I've ever stayed at. I was embarrassed as the person who selected this property for our stay. The carpets are badly stained all over the house. This was pointed out two years ago and they still have not cleaned or replaced them. One large area upstairs they covered with towels to hide it, not to mention whatever it was kalso was splashed on the wall. Who knows what caused the stain, but to having it covered with towels was very concerning. There was also mold around the tub and one of the sinks would not drain. The windows looking out to the back yard and accent glasses in the family room were extremely dusty and dirty. The house was poorly stocked with kitchen utensils and the main level offered the bare minimum. The house looked like it was being staged to be sold with limited furniture. The property offers a pool, but only provided 2 pool towels. I emailed the property manager and they told me they don't provide pools towels. I've never had to travel to a location with a pool that expected you to pack your own pool towels. It's unfortunate in that this could be a great location if they put a little money into making basic upgrades, but the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail makes me caution anyone considering staying at this property.
