This is a great location near the sights of Dresden, easily reachable by tram from the train station. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, lovely bar area. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Basic Modern Hotel - Semi Friendly Staff

Hotel is in new condition and very centrally located. Walking distance to the old city centre and main shopping street. Very basic and modern hotel. I found the staff not very service minded, most of them felt very stressed to me and semi friendly. I kinda had the feeling they do me a favor by staying there, not very welcoming and warm feeling. Might be that the covid-19 situation is not easy at the moment, so it might has to do with that. Anyways thought it is worth to mention.

Motel One Dresden Zwinger

Business stay in Dresden, hotel well located for local shops, restaurants and public transport (tram service very convenient) Room is typical of Motel One: compact, but comfortable, with good bed & shower. My room also had a Juliet window with views toward the historic theatre. Staff efficient, friendly & professional. Continental breakfast was good value.
