Schöner Kurzurlaub

Eine sehr ruhige und schöne Umgebung und eine gut ausgestattete Wohnung, perfekt für 2 Personen. Einkaufen, Restaurants und Verkehrsmittel sind fussläufig in der Nähe und vor allem relativ horizontal zu erreichen. Wer es mehr vertikal liebt, kein Problem, ist auch alles fussläufig in der Umgebung vorhanden. In der Küche war für 2-3 Personen alles ausreichend bestückt ( falls man Kochen möchte ) wir haben nichts vermisst. Zwar kein Geschirrspüler aber für 2-3 Personen auch nicht notwendig in einer kleinen FeWo. Das Bett war absolut bequem aber wer Ein- und Ausstieg seitlich gewohnt ist, muss hier anders denken. Nur fußwärts ( siehe Foto Schlafzimmer), aber OK. Parkplatz ist auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Super Lage. Man ist schnell in der Umgebung von Dresden mit dem Auto aber auch schnell mit Bus,Tram und Seilbahn im Zentrum. Top Lage für Erholung, Besichtigung, Wandern und einem anderen Teil der Geschichte Dresdens ( Kurort ).

Alles bestens in Dresden

Meine Schwester und ich waren schon mehrmals in Dresden und immer begeistert. Wollte dieses schöne Erlebnis auch mit meiner Tochter teilen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin hat viele Informationen gegeben. Man konnte sich rundum wohlfühlen. Es war eine anstrengende Woche, aber es waren auch wunderbare Erlebnisse. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Gemütlich, ruhig, zentral gelegen

Sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, alles da was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Selbstverständlich muß man sich um das Essen selber kümmern. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Hunde und hatten genug Platz. Danke für den gemütlichen Aufenthalt.

Ruhige Umgebung mit guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt. Nah am Wald gelegen. Es gibt in der Nähe einen Supermarkt, ein Restaurant und Bäcker. Auch ohne Auto eine gute Lage.

Tolles Appartement in schöner Lage

Gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht. Liegt in einer ruhigen und eher gehobenen Wohngegend. Entfernung zur Altstadt etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfreich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat einen grossen Balkon zum relaxen. Ideal für zwei Personen. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Salz und Pfeffer an die man nicht unbedingt denkt waren vorhanden. Überrascht waren wir von der nächtlichen Ruhe im Haus und in der Umgebung. Von der Ferienwohnung kann man alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Ideal auch für Fahrradtouren. Nur eine Straße entfernt gibt es einen Bäcker, Fleischer und kleinen Einkaufsmarkt. Wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder aber dann mit Fahrrädern. Wir denken gerne an den schönen Urlaub zurück.

Auszeit zu Zweit

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Blitzeblank und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht, nach den Ausflügen in die Wohnung zurückzukehren. Die Bilder die Frau Graf von der Wohnung treffen 1:1 zu. Wenn man morgens erst Zuhause gemütlich Frühstücken möchte findet für einen spontanen Einkauf zwei Straßen weiter einen Laden mit Backwaren im Sortiment. Die Anbindung an die Straßenbahn um zur Altstadt zu fahren (ca. 20min) ist beim Laden an der Hauptstraße zu finden. Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig und man hört nur wenig Autos. Gerne kommen wir wieder in diese Wohnung zurück. Danke Frau Graf für diesen tollen Aufenthalt.

Tolle Ferienwohnung für einen Kurztrip

Wir waren mit drei Freundinnen für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Dresden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und war für drei Personen passend (großes Bett plus Schlafsofa). Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war prima. Man sollte idealerweise über ein Auto verfügen, wenn man auch die Gegend um Dresden erkunden möchte. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum auf einer Anhöhe. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in idealer Lage

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und vollständig eingerichtet und sehr ruhig, so dass man sich von Anfang an, wie Zuhause fühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Direkt vor der Wohnung ist ein eigener reserviertet Parkplatz und die E-Bikes konnten auch in einen abgeschlossenen Raum untergestellt werden. Bäcker und Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar, so dass wir das Auto 2 Wochen nicht bewegen brauchten. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge in allen Richtungen ideal. Wenn wir wieder in Dresden sind, hoffen wir, dass wir die Wohnung wieder mieten können.

Erholung und Sightseeing

Objekt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, lädt zum Entspannen und Relaxen ein. Die Vermieterin, Frau Graf, kümmert sich um alles was nötig ist. Egal ob An- oder Abreise, alles unproblematisch abgewickelt. Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Lebensmittelgeschäft und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Objekt liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Stadtteil, ca. 20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn von der Altstadt entfernt. Bäcker, Metzger, Supermark, Gaststätten, Konzertgarten befinden sich in Fußnähe. Die Unterkunft ist vollständig und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen.

Super Kurz-Urlaub mit ganzer Familie

Wir verbrachten einen 3-Tages-Urlaub in Dresden, um die Ferien zu genießen. Die Unterkunft war super zu erreichen, es war beim Check-In alles wie beschrieben. Dabei gibt sich Frau Graf sehr große Mühe, alles Details zu beschreiben, so dass nichts schief gehen kann. Die Lage ist ruhig. Es ist alles, was man benötigt, in 5 Minuten Gehen zu erreichen (Apotheke, Bäcker, Fleischer, Bank, Supermarkt, S-Bahn...etc.). Perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung ist genau so wie schrieben, sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt, vor allem in der Küche. Man braucht sich über nichts Gedanken zu machen, das ist uns sehr wichtig. WLAN läuft spitze, ohne Probleme. Frau Graf war jederzeit erreichbar und konnte uns (auch schon vor der Reise) weiterhelfen, wenn wir eine Frage zu Dresden oder Umgebung hatten. Ich kann diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen, egal ob nur Kurztrip oder längerer Aufenthalt in Dresden. Es passt einfach alles! Besten Dank an Frau Graf!
