Encantadora casa frente a la bahía en playa privada. Casa luminosa y limpia de dos pisos con un plano de planta abierto y un montón de espacio interior / exterior para relajarse. Nadar, pescar, navegar, hacer kayak y tomar el sol en su propia playa de arena. Disfrute de la vista de 180 grados de los barcos y delfines que pasan desde la sala de sol completamente cerrada.

Ubicado en el Refugio de Vida Silvestre Prime Hook, esta comunidad tranquila está lejos del ajetreo y el bullicio de las multitudes y el tráfico. Disfrute de la vida silvestre, el cielo nocturno lleno de estrellas y la playa abierta.

A solo 2 horas y media de Filadelfia, Baltimore y Washington DC, y a 25 minutos del paseo marítimo de Rehoboth Beach. El hermoso parque estatal del océano de Henlopen y el histórico Lewes. Tiendas de descuento, restaurantes y diversiones están a poca distancia en automóvil.

Wonderful property very well maintained and appointed. We had a couple of stormy days and could still relax watching the ocean from the enclosed back porch.Very comfortable beds, nice quiet neighborhood, well equipped kitchen. Such a treat to just walk out the door to the beach!

Beach Relaxation

Very peaceful ride back to beach home. Check in was smooth and we wasted no time going to the beach which was easily accessible with a nice little path. The water, the sunrise, and quiet atmosphere was so relaxing. Folks in the community were so friendly.

The house is in a perfect location for a beach vacation. It’s comfortable and has all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. Mike and Laura are great hosts and very responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This is our second visit to the cottage this year and the place continues to exceed our expectations. Mike and Laura are accommodating hosts and very responsive to queries. The picture windows to the bay are the highlight of the house, offering unrestricted views to beautiful sunrises. A well-appointed house, there is room to relax, slow down and have a wonderful bonfire on the beach. Thanks for being great hosts!

Perfect family getaway

The house is beautifully set right on the bay. It’s a great area for bike riding or going on walks. The neighbors are very friendly as well. The house is a great distance from a grocery store and popular beaches. Loved our stay here.

Great stay

Wonderful Stay! Private location- Peaceful, wonderful view. Very relaxing. My daughter loved the beach right out front of home and found some awesome shells! Pups had a blast. Will definitely be back soon.

Great water views

We really enjoyed the sunrises and water views with our coffee each morning. Easy access to beach, bicely furnished kitchen. The only complaint was the hardness of the mattresses.

October Beach Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach. The large sunroom looking out over the beach was a perfect place to sit and enjoy watching the waves and shore birds. The easy access to the beach made walks on the beach appealing. We would definitely return for another beach getaway!

Lovely week away

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week here. The owners were very communicative and helpful, and the view can’t be beat. (We even ended our week with a rainbow right out back). The kids adored the “breakfast bench.”
