This village set on the western shore of Lake Annecy deserves its designation as the "Pearl of the Lake".
Adjoining St Jorioz, the municipality of Duingt (which you will pronounce DOU-IN!), offers an exceptional view of the mountains and the lake. The cycle path connecting Annecy to Ugine crosses the village and makes it very easy to connect the villages along the lake by bicycle.
Several businesses are established in Duingt: the "best baker on the lake shores", a tobacco-press shop, very good restaurants in particular.
The location is 200 m from "Duingt Beach", 4 km from the Golf domain "Golf de Giez", 9 km from the town "In the heart of Annecy's old town", 800 m from the supermarket "Super U or Carrefour Market (Saint-Jorioz)", 58 km from the airport "Geneva Cointrin Airport", 9 km from the train station "Annecy TGV Station", 18 km from the ski slope "Le Semnoz" and it is located in an ideal area for families and stays with friends.
