Wonderful view from our room located on the top floor of the hotel. We had the opportunity to bathe in the sea salt swimming pool and benefit from the hammam and sauna. Very well located with a direct access to the beach.

Adresse à ne pas retenir

Changement de chambre pour faire face a un problème de wi-fi qui n’a jamais été réglé pendant notre séjour. Impression de déranger à l’accueil lorsque nous nous interrogions sur les lacunes du service. C’est très préjudiciable pour un hôtel classé quatre étoiles.

Incompétence

Nous avons été très déçu par la compétence des personnes responsables de l'accueil et des problèmes de communication entre elles dans cet hôtel 4 étoiles. J'avais réservé 2 chambres par l'intermédiaire de leur partenaire "hôtels.com", une pour ma Maman de 91 ans et une autre pour ma sœur et moi. A notre arrivée, une seule chambre était réservée. J'avais pourtant la preuve de mes 2 réservations sur l'application "hôtels.com". L'hôtesse d'accueil, a essayé de me donner des explications complètement saugrenues à ce problème, en rejetant la faute sur moi et en m'affirmant que j'avais annulé la réservation d'une des chambres. Elle a fini par nous trouver une autre chambre, mais le tarif annoncé pour les deux chambres était passé de 1370€ (tarif annoncé par " hôtels.com) à 1980€, soit environ 600€ de plus sur un séjour de 4 jours pour 2 chambres !! Complètement abasourdie par cette annonce, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit et le lendemain matin, je suis retournée à l'accueil pour élucider ce problème de réservation et ce surcoût disproportionné, alors que je n'y étais pour rien. Après avoir fourni à nouveau toutes les preuves de ma réservation confirmée et ayant une autre hôtesse d'accueil en face de moi, à priori plus expérimentée, j'ai fini par avoir gain de cause. Au moment de régler en fin de séjour, le tarif n'était toujours pas le bon, et il a encore fallu que je parlemente avec encore une autre hôtesse d'accueil ( très gentille et compréhensive) pour réparer l'erreur.

Très déçu

Le service hôtelier n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, accueil pas sympathique, petit déjeuner avec que des produits industriels, aucune recharge des produits spontanée et pour un prix exorbitant de 22 Euros/personne. Pas de remplacement de la bouteille d’eau prévue dans la chambre supérieure vue mer pourtant prévue dans le tarif si plusieurs nuits. Au spa pas de salle de repos digne de ce nom, pas de tuyau d’eau dans le hamamm ni de sablier dans le sauna ! Les clients gardent leur maillot de bain ce qui est contraire aux conditions d’hygiène. Pour le reste le site est magnifique mais l’établissement pas à la hauteur !!!
